Your fish can be grilled or cooked in the following sauces:
"A Portuguesa" - Cooked in a light fish stock, tomato, mushrooms, fresh herbs and cream.
"Madeira" - Cooked in a light fish stock, white wine, fresh herbs and garlic.

Steak
(When ordering steak please indicate your preference; rare, medium or well done)
"A Portuguesa" - Cooked in tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, wine, onions, garlic and cream.
"Diana" - You steak is flamed in brandy, mushrooms, tomato, demi glace, and cream.
"Au Poivre" - cooked in demi glace, brandy, black peppercorns, red wine and a dash of cream.

Veal
"De Natas" - Cooked in wine, with mushrooms and cream.
"Algarve" - Cooked in tomato, ham and cheese.

Chicken
"Piri-Piri" - Grilled chicken marinated in hot spices and chillies.
"Vilao" - Chicken cooked in tomato, wine, and hot chillies.
"A Portuguesa" - Chicken cooked in tomato, red peppers, wine and cream.
